Acta demonstrates the Acta Power at Green Economy and Culture International Conference 2013
Acta S.p.A. (AIM: ACTA), the clean energy products company, is pleased to announce that it has presented and demonstrated the Acta Power back-up power system at the Green Economy and Culture International Conference at Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, running from 10-14 October 2013.
The conference, approved by the United Nations (UN Global Compact) and sponsored by the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation, UNESCO, the Egyptian Ministry of State for Environmental Affairs, Vodafone Egypt and other major sponsors, is part of the “Let’s Take Care of the Planet” project, an initiative aimed at promoting environmental citizenship for children and young people and engage them in debate on environmental issues. The conference brings 350 young people, students and educators together from different nations to learn about the value of the green economy and share their experiences and cultures (www.unconfint.com).
